Delivery, returns & privacy

Delivery

• We post to UK addresses only, by Royal Mail 2nd Class.
• Delivery is £2.95, or free on orders over £20.
• Everything is made to order — we aim to post within 3–5 working days.

Returns

• If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
• Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
• Personalised pieces (names and custom colours) are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Safety

Our jewellery contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. Please take bracelets and necklaces off for swimming, bathing and bedtime.

Privacy

We only use your details to make and post your order. Payments are taken securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. This site doesn't use tracking cookies; your basket is saved on your own device. We don't share your details with anyone else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
